How Can We Help?
To manage your account and subscription, click the Settings button at the bottom of the left hand navigation menu.
The Account Settings section allow you to manage your subscription, and if you subscription allows more than one user (Basic, Intermediate and Professional subscriptions), to manage the users on your account.
Manage Subscriptions – You can change the name of the account, as well as the email address associated with the account in this section. If you change the email address from what you originally set your Well Profits account up with, you’ll have to verify the address by clicking on the link in the verification email that’s sent after resetting an email address.
Change Password – If you need to change your password, click the Change Password button. After clicking this button, it will ask you to enter your new password. If you want to see what you typed for a password, mark the “Show Password” checkbox.
Click the submit button to save the new password.
After changing your password, you’ll need to login to Well Profits again with your new password.
Change Plan – To change the subscription plan you are currently on, click the Change Plan button.
Your current subscription plan will be shown in orange.
Choose the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to by clicking on the button at the bottom of the plan.
Cancel Your Account – To cancel your account, click the Cancel Account button. This will cancel your account at the end of your current subscription period. If you are on a paid plan you won’t be billed again.
