Step 3: Set up Fields
The third step is to add any fields that will be used to group wells and leases together for reporting purposes.
After clicking the Fields menu item, click the New button on the Fields List page to add a new field.
Enter the info for the new field and then click the Save Field button.

After saving the field you’ll be brought to the info page for that field. To add the next field click the New button.
